Tameer Associates is an architecture-led developer of luxury homes in Lahore. When I joined as digital marketing manager in June 2025, the sales team had nobody to call.
The ads before me ran on lead forms. In May 2025 they spent Rs 2,149 for 3 leads, Rs 716 each, and one ad paid Rs 1,073 for a single lead. At that price Tameer had stopped spending.
Two things sat under the ad. The targeting was limited to DHA only: a small, expensive pool, mostly people who already had a home there and already knew older, established firms. And buyers about to spend a lifetime's savings didn't want to fill in a form for a firm they didn't know.
Because each inquiry cost about 14 times less, Tameer kept spending: from Rs 2,149 to Rs 59,204 over three months. The cheapest ad of all wasn't about price. It was about trust (“25 years… every client starts with understanding”), at about Rs 25 a chat.
